CCA administers the Program on behalf of the California Capital Programs and Climate Financing Authority (CPCFA) in accordance with applicable federal and state requirements.
All loan eligibility determinations, credit decisions, and approvals are made solely by participating lenders in accordance with their own underwriting criteria and applicable law. Neither CCA nor CPCFA makes lending decisions or guarantees access to financing.
